• Making necessary adjustments of existing equipment
• Checking operation of burners
• Checking and adjusting main gas regulator if needed
• Checking gas shut-off valves and modulating valves
• Check pilot regulator and pilot shutoff valve
• Check burner and venturi operation
• Check ignition and flame detection

• Check heat sensors and air flow system
• Check burner and fan high limit
• Check the high/low pressure switch
• Check the flame detection system
• Inspect the fire control panel
• Review pre and post season maintenance with staff
• Make recommendations for improvement
